Dr. Pollard creates a pocket for the breast implant either underneath or on top of your chest muscles. The implant is inserted and positioned, and the incisions are closed. After your breast augmentation procedure, you will be required to rest for a few days. Follow all post-surgical instructions so that you heal properly.
