#1 Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen!
Sunscreen is extremely important when it comes to protecting your skin and keeping it youthful. Famous stars such as Jennifer Aniston and Halle Berry have disclosed that daily sunscreen usage is a major contributing factor to their incredible complexions. Even though we see less sunshine in the fall, the UV rays are still present. Wearing a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher will help to prevent signs of aging such as sunspots, creases, and wrinkles. Hyaluronic based moisturizers are loaded with anti-oxidants to saturate your skin with moisture and rejuvenate your skin.
