Most women equate breast size with the size of their bra cup. However, this is not an accurate measurement in a clinical context. Just as a 34-B Olga and a 34-B Victoria's Secret bra will fit differently, the request to move from a 34-B to a full C must be translated into clinical terms. No one can promise you a specific cup size following enlargement, but Dr. Pollard does promise a change in the size and shape of your breast that looks natural and complements the rest of your body proportions nicely.
When augmenting the breasts, small incisions are usually made in one of three locations: underneath the breast, around the lower edge of the areola, or within the armpit. A pocket is created into which an implant is inserted.
